Find any med kit, try to remove or place items inside, take med kit into hands to reveal items

Not sure whether items can be taken out while it is still on the ground and seemingly empty, also if the items reappear once picking it up and dropping it again without placing the med kit in hands. Could use further testing for those things as to help identify the problem.
