Equip the ENVG-II on a character with a uniform from a mod (such as CUP or RHS) and press "N"

1. Open the Arsenal 2. Choose the Uniform tab and equipt the Special Purpose Suit 3. Choose the NVGs tab and equip the ENVG-II 4. Press the "Try" button and switch through the night vision and FLIR mode in first person
