During the replication of `ScriptedHitZone::OnDamage` variables like `type`, `damage`, and `instigator` are all synced correctly but `hitTransform` is `{<0,0,0>,<0,0,0>,<0,0,0>}` on a proxy. It is correct on the authority. This makes it impossible to spawn local effects for the damage like scripted impact decals etc
