ScriptedHitZone::OnDamage hitTransform is not replicated correctly on meele

Description

During the replication of ScriptedHitZone::OnDamage (from a melee attack) variables like type, damage, and instigator are all synced correctly but hitTransform is {<0,0,0>,<0,0,0>,<0,0,0>} on a proxy. It is correct on the authority.

This makes it impossible to spawn local effects for the damage like scripted impact decals etc
