I found a way to recreate it every single time. What I did was the following: 1. find someone, who shoots you with a small gun (so that you survive) 2. bandage yourself 3. take makarov and commit suicide with F11 This worked for me now 4 times in a row. I guess the second step is not essential, but I couldn't find a player who didn't kill me right away. So that's why I couldn't test it any further. Another guess would be, that it will work with any other weapon as well.
