-ask friend to drop weapon for you or kill somebody -take the weapon -make sure its pristine and loaded with pristine ammo -try to aim (if it works you probably can use this weapon) -try shoot something -try reconnect the server or change it (if weapon is bugged) -try aiming and shooting again
