I found a way to recreate it every single time. What I did was the following: 1. find someone, who shoots you with a small gun (so that you survive) 2. take any weapon and commit suicide with F11 This worked for me now 5 times in a row. Once the bug has occured you can always repeat it and you won't die, unless you get shot-
