Tested only on huey. Build helipad in conflict mode and when trying to spawn helicopter it doesn't let to put it on to and I have to spawn it outside of the pad.

Tested only on US side. Build helipad in conflict mode and when trying to spawn helicopter it doesn't let me to put it on a pad and I have to spawn it outside of the pad. It happens, when helipad is on even terrain ( happened to me in military hospidal and on a airfield)
