Not sure it seems to be random sometimes it seems that something minor has to fail first like failing to place mines.

I am not sure how to reproduce it. I just know that when I get to the placing point of the spiked ammo 90% of the time I can't place it and have to restart. I have only been able to place the spiked ammo twice. once when I failed the minor task of placing mines down even though I actually did place them down.
