In editor, create a general synchronised with "HIGH COMMAND COMMANDER" ane a Team synchronised with "HIGH COMMAND SUBORDINATE". All the soldier are playable and in the description file of the mission, you enable teamswitch with "respawn=SIDE;
respawndelay=1;"
In game, when you are the general, you can give order to the team with HighComman Module, but if you switch in the theam leader and after switch in the general, the general will not obey to any order. He simply stay in position and do anything.
