For the first - this wasnt present before.
Now how the issue is looking : I'm building mission whilel ACE 3 (for example) is active, but not placing any of its module, saving mission and now
-in 1.60 i'm able to launch this mission without ACE 3
-in 1.62 mission become depend of ace_sitting, ace_draggins and some few other .pbo's
I'm more than sure depedencies wasnt creating in such manner before. They were created only when i was placing some mod's module, unit etc, now they are created when any of mod is loaded whil'm creating the mission. Please get rid of it, and get back to previous state.

Its pretty major issue, beacuse all scenarios are binarised (please, disable it from 3D editor, who needs binarised files?! Its only more job to re-binarise it when some problem appear) and we need to launch game with mod (that created depedency), re-save scenario with unchecked binarisation, close game, edit mission file, launch launcher, disable mod, start game.
