When you damage pre-placed objects (on Altis in my scenario) on the server, first player who joins can see it. But JIP players, who join later on, can't see the damage.
According to the wiki (http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/setDamage) setDamage is Global, so shouldn't existing damage be shown to the JIP players? {F23030} {F23031} {F23032}
