This is a new thread for a previously reported issue but as my thread was closed I am no longer able to re-open it as it leads me to a page that says access denied.

The advice given was to contact Battleye support as it was an issue with BE. Though after contacting BE support I was told it was not an issue with Battleye.
I also don't appreciate being told to go to a different support service and not being given any advice or possible methods to fix this issue from either support service. I was basically told to "go there" and "no not a problem with our service," my previous contact with Bohemia Interactive support was always welcomed with advice on fixing issues.
