The game has FPS drops like once in a couple of minutes. In different weathers, the chance of occasion increases. Normally I have 60 FPS but this happens once in 3 minutes for 10 - 15 seconds. Happened in both of my PCs, one has bad specs and other one is normal. I play on the same settings: the lowest.
