Description

The game has FPS recessions like once in a couple of minutes. In different weathers, the chance of occasion increases.
Normally I have 60 FPS but this happens once around 3 minutes for 10 - 15 seconds and my FPS becomes 7-8(Sometimes goes down to 3)
Happened in both of my PCs, one has bad specs and other one is normal. I play on the same settings: the lowest.

Steps To Reproduce

I know the basics on how to improve the performance. I did updates, reinstalls, closing all the programs and stuff during the game, lowering all the settings. Nothing works. The problem is not with my computer, but maybe with the game or the game files.
