When I see the destruction in Battlefield, then I understand, that destructible in Arma has the most primitive model.
The improvement in destructible in Arma, for me, as a priority issue because it can raise the gameplay to a new level. At the same time, there is no need to create a new model destructible inside the game engine. It is enough to add several additional levels of destruction, add new sounds and lots of new particles and add damage textures for all objects in the game (buildings, vehicles glass and buildings glass, objects) As shows us BlastCore-mod, possible to make the destructible is much more attractive.
Also, today (v1.60) some objects in the Arma3 are not destructible at all, while it must be destructible
