Create a group of 3 soldiers place them at >50m distance from a destination waypoint placed on the middle of an Inn garden. Set building wp position to any internal position. Soldiers either don't move to the waypoint or stop at the stairs and rotate. I noticed there seem to be multiple position 1's and 2's in some Inn gardens. Also very often the AI will walk through walls of neighboring buildings in order to get to the destination wp. This is a separate but related issue. Forcing units to move to internal positions within a building when starting outside of the building is generally an unreliable or unpredictable process.
