I've been using this squad.xml for a few weeks: http://www.dtclan.co.uk/squads/269415282/squad.xml and conducted a few tests, usually when I would join in progress or die, certain people (seems to be consistent with specific people) would crash all at once. once I stopped using this specific squad.xml the issue resolved itself and no one seems to crash anymore whenever I join a server.
