So the restock timer is set to 0 by default for any item and server.
This causes items that have been looted and reached it's "minimum of items" to be restocked to "nominal" value in an instant, meaning, it will spawn the same item several times at once, always in pretty much the exact same location, not spread out across all possible spawns at all.
Now this is obviously bad for loot distribution.
Why isn't it set to more sensitive value like 1-10 minutes to possibly prevent this from happening?
And why aren't the spawns spread out evenly across the map?
