Also, at the same Radio Tower a friend of mine had a similar problem. He was inside walking up (or down, he can't remember) the stairs and all of a sudden he got a black screen and it said that he was dead. He quickly exited the game and got back on and he was alive again. But, a corpse had also spawned that was his body and had all of his gear.
