A couple of my friends and myself were searching the Airfield near Vybor. We were approaching the Radio Tower (as circled in the map uploaded) and there were some people inside that we saw. Some of our group rushed through the main doors, while a couple of people provided cover. I ran up to the tower and to the side ladder and started to climb the ladder. Once I reached near the top, I stopped. A couple seconds later, it came up on my screen that I had died. I have not been able to reproduce this because I have not made it over to that part of the map again, we are staying away from there from now on.
