System specs:
Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U12S
Memory: 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz CL10 DIMM (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10 x2) @ 1600MHz (all timings + voltage are stock/autodetected via SPD in BIOS)
Graphics card: AMD/MSI R9 270X
System Drive: Samsung 840 Pro 256GB
PSU: Corsair/Fortron CMPSU-750TX (750W)
I'm crashing since I upgraded (well downgraded since my main R9 290 is in for RMA) from an HD 5870 (totally stable no crashes) to an R9 270X (loaner - 100% stable for months on the system it came from). I wasn't crashing in .48 but that was on the older HD 5870. BUT that was on .48 so it's not 100% certain that it's my new card and display driver that is the cause. Can't do a back to back comparison now unfortunately...
I originally installed 64 bit Win 8.1 clean via USB.
1 week ago I did a refresh via Win 8.1 SP1 system image I made after installing all drivers and software I use. System is totally stable in any other games (e.g. older: Quake 4 and newer: Borderlands 2)
All my drivers are up to date as well (including mobo BIOS).
I tried AMD's stable and beta drivers with no change.
Gave the suggested cure of deleting all contents of: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\DayZ a spin, no change.
