Reproducible at 1.70 Only 'Close' button is drawn over the screen on accessing Debug Console in Multiplayer 3DEN editor both via ` key and Tools - Debug console. Changing of the Attributes - Common - Console settings has no effect until missions will be runned with 'Available for everyone' setting at least once. No issue for singleplayer editor, so looks like it is caused by 'Tweaked: Security of the debug console was improved' change.
