For the first - this wasnt present before.
Now how the issue is looking : I'm building mission whilel ACE 3 (for example) is active, but not placing any of its module, saving mission and now
-in 1.60 i'm able to launch this mission without ACE 3
-in 1.62 mission become depend of ace_sitting, ace_draggins and some few other .pbo's
I'm more than sure depedencies wasnt creating in such manner before. They were created only when i was placing some mod's module, unit etc, now they are created when any of mod is loaded whil'm creating the mission. Please get rid of it, and get back to previous state.

Its pretty major issue, beacuse all scenarios need to be edited before playing, publishing, same with savegames.
Same with Savegames.
- Try to load some small addon/mod (enhanced movement - it doesnt change anything in game, only addd few options)
- Save game
- Exit game
- Launche launcher, disable this mod * (can be skipped)
- Start game load savegame.
Even with this mod loaded, you can play the savegame.
