1) Find a z. (from my experience, Female, Blonde, Pink Coat and Mustard dress, but I'm sure any will do)
2) Let it hit you, once.
3) If you're not dead, instantly, kill it.
4) Lay low.(I don't mean prone, I mean quiet) Let your health status return to Healthy, replace any gear that might have been damaged.. and
5) Repeat from 1 until undesired result occurs.
This is the first time it's happened to me, so not entirely sure it's able to be reproduced 100% of the time.
