With 'HDR Quality' on Low and all other settings on Ultra the Editor will start normally.
With 'HDR Quality' on Standard and all other settings on minimum the editor will start normally.
With 'HDR Quality' on Standard, 'Anti-Aliasing' on 8x and all other settings on minimum the computer will freeze, requiring a manual restart.
