Press P while sprinting/turbo running.
Hold [move forward] + [sprint/turbo] and press [Palyers List]

These are my binds: NUM8=Forward; RightArrow=Turbo; P=Players List. NumLock is ON. Toggle run is ON. I am using Microsoft Sidewinder X4 keyboard, no custom macros or special functions assigned to aforementioned buttons.
Press and hold forward, then press and hold turbo. Run for couple of seconds. Press Players List. The game should instantly freeze.
