1. Launch Game
2. Select "Options" from the Main Menu
3. Select "Controls" from the secondary Options Menu
4. Use the "Show" dropdown menu to select "Helicopter Movement"
5. Select "Cyclic Forward" or the opposite
6. Delete the "Mouse Up" or "Mouse Down" option that is already listed
7. Drag and drop the opposite mouse control from the available list
At this point the game crashes to desktop, producing the given error reports.
