Game Crashes during Mouse Movement Bind

Description

I was attempting to bind Mouse Up and Mouse Down to invert the helicopter controls. After removing "Mouse Up" or "Mouse Down" and attempting to drag the opposite over to the proper field, the game immediately crashes to the Desktop. I am including the MSINFO crash lines below:

Steps To Reproduce

Launch Game
Select "Options" from the Main Menu
Select "Controls" from the secondary Options Menu
Use the "Show" dropdown menu to select "Helicopter Movement"
Select "Cyclic Forward" or the opposite
Delete the "Mouse Up" or "Mouse Down" option that is already listed
Drag and drop the opposite mouse control from the available list

At this point the game crashes to desktop, producing the given error reports.

Additional Information

I am attaching the Windows Error Report file for your reference.

I have attempted the following to resolve:

-Run game as Admin
-Booted Windows in Selective Startup mode
-Uninstalled/Reinstalled the game entirely
-Cleared my system cache
-Ensured that all drivers are up-to-date including my video card, sound card, usb, mouse, keyboard, etc.
-Verified game cache through Steam which gave 0 results
-Uninstalled/Reinstalled Steam entirely

Does not seem to be a hardware or device properties issue from what I can tell.
