`triggerAmmo` doesn't seem to work on some ammo types.
Examples include: grenades, smokes, flares.
However, it seems that almost all simulation types can have this issue (bombs, missiles, etc.).
You can run this command to get a list of all these ammo types (some are irrelevant though):
