1. In mission editor, create a new mission on Stratis. 2. Set date to moonless night, such as midnight on 1st July 2035. 3. Set weather to heavy overcast, rain to 100% 4. Place player as any unit with nightvision. 5. Preview mission. Turn on night vision.
