upon further review it appears i was playing on a server that was not updated to client version, so perhaps this played a role

did u check if all your stuff is broken? thats what happens to me. also "quickly" doesnt seem to matter much for me... every time ive died i manage to respawn with all my stuff broken no matter what

happened to me, but i got pinned in the door frame. eventually i fell thro the floor which had me trapped in the bottom of the building. i could see thro the walls however, and after much running and jumping i was able to clip through to freedom magically

try running and jumping at various angles... i was able to get myself out of a similar predicament when i fell thro the floor of the new apt building with the destryoed staircase
