This issue also happened to me today with my crossbow. Note that this issue did not occur with a pistol or any melee weapons. The crosshairs were also pointed up and to the left, along with the direction my crossbow was pointing. Issue occurs in both first and third person views. I closed the game, reopened, and tried different servers, all to no avail.
