Yes, I thought that Arma 3 was an evolution from Arma 2, and not a step back. My mistake.
It seems I have solved the problem upgrading the BIOS from Gigabyte web
site.

I have uploaded the correct folder now, I was using Arma 3 Alpha and not Arma 3.
Some more info. I am using Track IR. After Arma 3 Crashes, Track IR program also hangs, and says:
"The NVIDIA OpenGL driver detected a problem with the display driver and is unable to continue. The aplication must close.
Error code: 3"
After that, I have to restart Trak IR program.
I have uploaded the files in 7z format. I hope this helps
