I really hope this gets looked into and fixed. I might change my negative review on this said problem

Rtx 2080ti hovering around 130 in base same size last wipe ie 1.10 and around 160+ running around. But anyway looking at lumberyard great fps look at military drops hugely running into town am at 60 fps and lower. leaving town running to Green Mountain looking at Green Mountain greatish fps look back at town huge fps drop running woods okay fps smaller town fps is alright. Next part after logging off in drozhino. Playing on low med or max doesn't make my fps better

No, I don't get stuttering just low fps gameplay is not smooth around most of the map unless am in the middle of no were in an open field/woods yes does affect the gameplay in pvp.

Not the drivers it's the game as all other games are fine. got mate has a 6800xt same low fps.
