So, this is my rig:

AMD Phenom X6 2.6
8gb Ram
NVIDIA GeForce 660 2gb.

I meet the recommended. Checked on that site Can you run it just to be double sure and it says I should be WAY beyond the recommended and blazing along.

I've fiddled with everything I can think of. Playing mp, with resolution at 640x420 with everything either low or disabled, I still see 10-15 FPS. Put everything back up to Very High and high with resolution at 1920x1080, 10-15 fPS. So this isn't a hardware issue. It's a utilization of my hardware on the engine side it would seem.
