ok managed to reproduce it ..
this time it was just a 3 players match, we talked, the other guy bailed and I just started to put text .. until it stop refreshing , which was just 3-4 inputs after we said bye ( see attached screenshots )

Sadly not really, it only happened once and I haven't try to reproduce it, all I remember was that it was a multiplayer game with more than 8 players , and after exchanging messages back and forth until the chat text box reached the end, the messages didn't seem to scroll or update anymore .
Just the last written line at the bottom was visible . Everybody had the issue and noticed it during the game .
One odd thing during the game was a player on the alien side managed to glitch himself invisible and floating forcing AI to aggro him, his player name had some special characters so maybe that participated to it ?
I'll try to see if I can get it to bug again and will take screenshots this time . Or is there a debug log that I can activate to give you more info ?
