Noooo! I understood what the problem is! An expermental version of Dayz conflicts with the program "Punto Switcher" - it's a language layout switcher. Punto Switcher needs to be disabled.

No, it happens in exp version of DayZ only.
V-Sync is disabled: VSync=0.
