I tried taking a video but after crashing the truck into the wall and failing the mission it brought me back to the menu screen since I have already completed the mission I was unable to load from the autosave and get video footage (or attempt to reproduce the bug).

Are you at the first checkpoint where Slingshot talks to Orestes or the second checkpoint where there are 'no friendly faces' outside the factory? That's where I had the issue, the first checkpoint with Orestes had no issues. However when spawning at the autosave near the second checkpoint outside the factory each time the game would load the MRAT at the crossroads would immediately open fire on me while I was on the dirt road.
