It was a custom build mission, and yes i had mods on.

But this has never happend and i had the same mods.

I will confirm it on friday because im in school so I dont have my computer with me.

Ambient civilians is a module and with a module you can decide if you want it or not, it´s not when you haven´t added ambient civilians it automatically spawn civilians when you start a mission or just walking into a town.

Why would it be annoying with ambient civilians? You dont have to use it if you dont want to...

Im just saying it would be good if there were ambient civilian.

They haven´t confirm that they will add more jetfighters.
