Can confirm, this also happens in my game, version 1.2.0.92, no mods enabled, Windows 10 Pro x64 22H2 19045.4651. It prevents me from being able to see the first person HUD while in a vehicle as well, which makes driving manual vehicles difficult as you have to remember which gear you are in

Issue still exists in Arma Reforger Experimental Build v1.2.0.12
