Im' not getting over 40% GPU usage. my ATI6990 clock was set to 830mhz that time @25 fps using fraps.

it also seams that it is not using the full potential of the graphics card because the fan speed does not change & while playing other games like Battlefield 3 or ARMA II the fan will increase in speed to keep the temps down.

I'm getting around 10-25 fps in all graphics settings
while only using 1 monitor at 1920x1080
