Happened to me as well. Upper floor of a Camo building, I'd say under a minute after login (got caught by a server restart in Camo). Legs broken, dead.

I can confirm the above, but I wasn't even walking! I was crouching on 1st floor of a building in the very north, I am pretty sure no players were around. Then, suddenly, my leg got broken and I was dead. No gunshot, no collapsing through floor to lower level, nothing. I did have broken leg on this character before, which was treated with morphine and seemed fine since then.
