I Agee with this, the effort of ripping out pouches into ur hands then dropping the item, back onto your plate carrier is annoying as hell for console especially when ur dragging crap on a regular basis.

Your Mic will NEVER show in the Online Menu, If your VOIP is not working, Clear your MAC Address through the menu in network settings and relaunch DayZ not being in a party and that will fix this until it happens again.
