While there's life, there's hope...
I solved my problem by using the few seconds I had to crawl to the nearest beach (because whenever my character spawn, it was out of the water, this way my character took a good breath of air, flowing at the bottom of the bay and let's go for the crawling!) after 5 or 6 respawn and 5 or 6 time seeing this message please wait 280 seconds to respawn (30min of 120% Dayz Fun) I reach the beach and was killed by a zombie... after this normal death my new charracter respawn normaly.

I fall unfortunately with broken legs in the water and i drown!

I don't have any possibility to respawn a new character. If I reconnect to the same server or any other server with the same difficulty level, my old dead character will respawn (alive) over the water level at the same place where he died, he sink and he died by drowning over and over as long I try to reconnect...

perhaps develop the possibility to delete a bugged/destroy/hopeless character ...or to reset the current character
