Thanks for the reply. It may be something to do with the dynamic gas zone? It happens that I had all the gear intact, and I was perfectly healthy. Please notice that the moment I sprinted out after using epi pen my mask was still having some life in it, and when it run out I was far outside of the gas zone (behind the fence of Pavlovo mili gates). Just but the moment the combat gas mask run out, maybe 'it' (the game) thought I was in the dynamic zone (even though the dynamic event as the gas drop was not there present at the time). Hmm.
