Reading additional comments other player feedback this does look to be a PS issue. Not seen any Xbox or PC players complain of the problem.

This is totally correct. The Dispersion update does not match actual gameplay. I will be opening a ticket for this one too

It is mate yeah. Server cannot be reached. Seems to be the only one not working. Sods law me and friends just started playing it lol.
