Just happened to me, Logged out of a US server logged back in on an Australian server with it saying I was unconscious. Tried to remedy it by relogging it said my character data couldn't be loaded and that it was resetting me.

Relogged a third time to find myself on the coast starting again.
I wasn't being attacked by zombies when I initially logged out, nor was I Dying of hunger or thirst.

Win 7 64 bit.
