To reset your character the support staff will need your steam account ID.

I allowed myself to add some informations to this bug because it happend to me.
Bug : Character reset after logging in an other server.

What I notice before the bug happend (this is not how to reproduce this bug) :

• Get stuff on regular server and loggout because of server restart.
• Loggin on a hardcore server to play with a friend.
• Loggin on a regular server and my regular character was reboot.

It's happend to me in the new town Novo.

Hi,

After checking screenshots from new towns I think it's Novo.
On the left side of the screen you can see what kind of door it was.
This place was on a big street near the commisaria (police station ?).
This is all i can give you for more complementary informations.
