I'm not very good at computers but I uninstall the game and install and its still not working

hello I just downloaded the game arma 3 all is well pass.
I opened the games I wanted to launch a game except that its not working and I have this message that appears:

bonjour je viens de télécharger le jeu arma 3 tout c'est bien passer.
